Budda Udaya Kumar
Budda Udaya Kumar brings decades of experience in constitutional and civil litigation before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. With a practice spanning writ petitions, civil appeals, and property matters, he is known for his command of procedural law and his ability to construct clear, persuasive arguments on complex fact patterns. His practice covers the High Court at Amaravati, the DRT at Hyderabad, and district courts across AP.
Bharath Budda
Bharath Budda is a litigation advocate and legal technologist with a practice covering civil and commercial litigation, title disputes, revenue matters, and administrative law across the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, district courts in Tirupati, and the NCLT. His work spans constitutional challenges, insolvency and IBC proceedings, intellectual property, and high-value arbitration before retired High Court Judges.
Prior to BUK Law Partners, Bharath was an Associate (Strategic Initiatives) at Spice Route Legal, Bengaluru. He is co-founder of LegalE Innovation Pvt. Ltd., an AI-driven litigation management platform, advises startups on IP and commercial structuring, and works as a legal analyst for Solomonic, a UK-based litigation analytics platform.
